Berry good (with a bit of basil):
- Handfuls of frozen organic blueberries and raspberries
- 6 leaves of organic basil
- 2 teaspoons of milled flax seeds
- 1/4 cup 0rganic vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Trust me on the basil. It adds tremendous kick (but be forewarned: it also adds the risk of green bits between the teeth).
